Pre & Post Dinner Event Details

Annual Dinner guests are invited to the Pre-Dinner Reception and Post-Dinner Hospitality Events. For security purposes, all guests must wear a DCAT-issued name badge to gain entry.

Complimentary transportation will be provided from select DCAT Week hotels.

Pre-Dinner Reception

5:45 – 6:45 PM | Trianon Ballroom The DCAT organization is pleased to invite all Annual Dinner guests to a Pre-Dinner Reception located in the Trianon Ballroom (Third Floor).

Post-Dinner Hospitality Events

9:30 – 11:30 PM | Second Floor Post-Dinner Hospitality events, hosted by DCAT Member Companies, offer a range of settings for guests to relax and network after the Annual Dinner. These events are open to dinner and non-dinner industry professionals.

Post-Dinner Hospitality Events (Non-Dinner Guests)

All guests must wear an official DCAT-issued name badge. Badge pickup begins at 9:15 PM on the 2nd floor of the New York Hilton near the escalators. Access to Post-Dinner Hospitality Events begin at approximately 9:30 PM, following the conclusion of the Annual Dinner.

DCAT Week attendees should wear their Member Name Badge. Non-member industry guests must present a business card to obtain a DCAT event badge.
